A poster design for an in-campus competition with "Dream" as the theme.

<EDIT>
THANK YOU SO, SO MUCH TO EVERYONE WHO COMMENTED PREVIOUSLY. :heart: :heart: :heart: Although you guys probably don't see this edit because double-posting is not cool, even though the picture IS slightly editted from the initial submission D:
The A3 print I made for competition purpose came out really good, and I actually won third prize LOL! :dance:
<EDIT>

Wow, this is really pretty... -tries to think of feedback- I think the composition is well done, and there really isn't much to work on. It's very dream-esque. Maybe, if dream is supposed to be the focus, make the actual word that says 'dream' larger?

Contests are cool.

Hm ok, thanks for the suggestion!
Actually, I was hoping more on what you think it means. Such as unrequited love/ reaching for something/ etc...
But I already really appreciate this much, thank you! :hug:

For me it looks like the meaning is reaching for something that is yet far away, as the stairs don't have any visible end. That something being love, maybe.

Btw, this piece is absolutely beautiful :heart:

You're welcome. ;3

Let me see if I can make some sort of interpretation... To me it feels like someone mourning the love they cannot have, because there are too many obstacles (the stairs) in their way.

I love the eyes and art direction....

the face of the girl is perfect, leave it there, It looks good. Same for the stairs.

I look at the picture, and i kinda feels warm.
(maybe some green, perhaps?)

She seems mournful, but she's trying to get to somethiing (who know's what it is?)

Hmmm.. i don't know if it looks dreamy enough?
I would've used pastellish colours and a kinda hazy look for a dream, perhaps.. It looks a bit to clear for a dream, unless she's in it at the time~ o.o

It looks very beautiful.

The girl seems very sad to me. She's looking up at the guy, reaching for him, but there doesn't seem to be much she can do. I don't think she even notices the stairs. The guy looks happy, though. Thoughtful, but doesn't notice her below. Also, the colors seem to add to the idea. Blues and sky realated things can often represent heaven. Whereas the oranges can show hell.
Or, that's what I see, anyway.
:iconahpai:
Alrighty then~ Thank you very much for comment! :hug:
